Best Rate Service
Our clients ship either from our house accounts where we prepay and bill our clients, or from their own shipping accounts. At iPS, we want you to get the best deals. That's why you can select the following criteria for each of your orders: in-transit tracking, insurance, signature required, delivery confirmation, home delivery, and more.
Customer Selects
We ship your customer’s order with their selected carrier and service level. This includes LTL & FTL shipping.
International Shipping
iPS ships globally at no additional order fee or doc prep fee.
Insurance for Lost/Damaged Packages
UPS and FedEx parcels are automatically insured for up to $100 without additional costs. Additional insurance can be added for high-value products.
Shipping Fulfillment Confirmations
Our online tools post-shipment tracking details in real-time for your sales orders and support departments' access to customer sharing and invoicing.
Returns
iPS can include prepaid return labels on all outgoing packages to ease the returns process for customers.
